Default New Dual Disc Part Numbers!

New Duel Disk Part Numbers!

So over the week end I took a trip to my local dealer to check out the new Lowrider in person
I have a good relationship with the parts guys so i asked if any of the new part numbers had hit the system yet. Twenty minutes later I had fresh print outs of the front end and front wheel schematics.

I quickly drove home and started cross checking part numbers below are my findings:

Most of the parts that make up the fork assembly use the same 06 and later part numbers or newer versions of the same parts (e.g. oil seal 46514-01 VS oil seal 46514-01A)

The left side fork slider on my 07 Dyna PN# 46608-06 has been superseded by PN# 46608-06B
This part number is also used on the 2014 Lowrider.
the lowrider uses the same axle, wheel spacers as 08 and later Dynas (except FXFD,FLD and FXDWG)
The front fender is the same 06 and later Dynas (except FXFD,FLD and FXDWG)

Fender (primed) 60139-06B
Axle 41628-08
Wheel spacers 11804

NEW Fork Lower Kits!
Gloss Black Lower Fork Sliders 45500273

14 Lowrider wheel set part numbers
14 Lowrider front 19" Mag 43300280
14 Lowrider Rear 17" Mag 40900289

Caliper and Master cylinder part numbers

Caliper Assembly right-black 44023-00C (07 road king parts book)

Caliper Assembly right 41300002 (14 Lowrider/FXDF)

11/16" Bore Master cylinder assembly black 45105-05A (07 road king parts book)

11/16" Bore Master cylinder assembly 45170-08B (14 Lowrider/FXDF)

part number differences are shown in BOLD.

After going over the schematics and part lists line by line
It looks like this mod will be direct bolt on for the 08 and later guys and maybe a trip to Machine shop for wheel spacers for the 06/07 guys

Does any one know the width of the 08 Wheel spacers PN: 11804?
If any part of this sounds incoherent I apologize, I've been going over this for last 12 hours so my brain is cooked on part numbers!

You sir, deserve a frosty beverage!

Even though this mod is so far beyond my budget right now, I want to do a dual disk conversion so bad, I can taste it! Maybe after the bikes paid off, haha!

Thanks for the info, I'll be checking back if and when I get the funds to take this one on.

I want to do the dual disc conversion on my softail but as far as i can see the best way is to grab the whole front end off a FXDF to get the 49mm dual disc forks….so saving this thread

I have an add in the classifieds for my dual disk setup - looking to trade for a black, single setup.

06 and later Dyna's and v rods use the same width hub so if you order custom wheels from performance machine or somebody tell them you want it built up with the v rod hub. A few of the Harley parts and accessorys mags have duel disk hubs as well as some of factory spoke wheels. My 07 street bob front spoke wheel came with a duel disk hub. The mag In my signature was ordered for duel disk.

I thought it was common knowledge but if I get a chance later ill ad part numbers for the 11/16 master cyilender, 06/07 or 08 - present right side caliper. I going to call magnum shielding later this week and get a part number from them for the brake line.
