my buddy the original owner of my bike complained that my bike was a gas hungry pig and i believe him, the best i have gotten is 40mpg and the worst was in the mid 30s, and he only rode the bike 1100 miles in 4 years

Yeah I was expecting some negative change to my gas mileage when I went to the big bore mod and the 204 cams, but the mileage didn't seem to change at all. I still get 44 mpg just putting around town and not getting out of fifth gear and better than 46 when travelling at turnpike speeds.
