Absolutely brutal company, garbage hardware and mounting kit, non-existent customer service. Once they have your money, you are on your own! Better be able to fabricate your own hardware and be confident drilling holes in your brand new bags, because they aren't taking those suckers back!

Never again Viking.... Never EVER again.

I bought a set of hard bags and a sissy bar bag, they seem to be ok. they even sent me another set of locks when one failed. will agree that the mounting hardware that comes with it goes right into the scrap pile, buy a set of easy brackets for them.

thats what I did. Easy brackets rock, Viking bags suck
