Default 09 dyna fuel problem?

Hello, I have a 09 street bob that is pretty much stock I just have a power commander 5, exhaust and a breather. It has always ran great. The other day I went to start it but it just turns over. something that I noticed is when you hit the run switch the fuel pump seems to prime twice. I am wondering if anyone has heard of this. I checked for codes but no codes popped. I also checked the fueses and they are all good. I have not had time to get into the tank yet but I am not really sure if that is the problem.

Have you washed it lately or rode in the rain?
Have you tried bypassing the power commander?

I was in a pretty bad storm and then I got to the hotel and had to park my bike outside in the rain for the rest of the day. the next morning is when it would not start. No I did not remove the power commander yet. have you had an issue with this in the past. I did check and yes I am getting spark.

The powercommander is wet. I would take it out and use a hairdryer on it and the connectors

reconnect stock ecm and see if bike starts than you will know the power commander is the concern.

Happened to me with my thundermax ecu.....fuel pump didn't even want to prime so I thought that's what it was but plugged stock computer in and it primed right away.

Shipped it to Zippers and they upgraded the units and all works fine.

Like mentioned above I think it's your power commander.

I had an issue when cold when I first installed the PCV. It would crank and crank. It was winter, I let it sit. Next time I went to start it, and bring it home, it fired right up.

I didn't really put much thought into it. The bike is 4 years old, had 2400 miles on it, and spent the last 3.5 at least, covered in a garage. Figured I would check fuel pressure and all at a later date. So... Maybe wet/moisture as mentioned?
