tsport guys, im looking for a tsport fairing set up, does anyone make a bracket and/or have a clever way of mounting a tsport (oem) fairing to a stock dx similar to the way my hd 1/4 fairing is mounted? or should I just be wise, get the entire fxdxt set up w the trees etc? thanks in adv,
From what I remember, it is necessary to use the proper set up. It is a great fairing. I miss mine. T-Sport riders have loved that fairing since before SAMCRO made it cool.
JD Customs and Fabrication makes a very nice reproduction tsport fairing. More importantly for the OP, they make and sell individual brackets that are compatible with OE fairings. Thus, you don't have to purchase the entire kit; just the specific bracket pieces you need. http://www.jdcustomsandfabrication.com/

I didn't know samcro had a tsport? apparently you don't either...
thanks for nothing, dude
No problem, . I was pointing out that not many Harleys besides the T-Sport had that style fairing that are being popularized on the TV show. In fact I believe the T-sport was the first that sported that bullet look in their factory line. It is a bad *** little functional fairing that keeps the wind off your shoulders nicely. I haven't seen many of those fairings until the show came out and they are now more popular. Why? I don't know but they are great fairings.
But hey, insult away and feel free to pull your panties out of your v.

The XLCR sportster cafe racer had a factory cafe fairing somewhere around 1977 i think. Maybe it's just me because i have one but i think a Rifle Roadster fairing looks better than the T-Sport one.
