Wide Glide: Saddle Bags with out moving the turn signals
Dyna Glide ModelsSuper Glide, Super Glide Sport, Super Glide Custom, Dyna Glide Convertible, Super Glide T-Sport, Dyna Glide Police, Dyna Switchback, Low Rider, Street Bob, Fat Bob and Wide Glide.
There are a few options out there...kinda depends on how much stuff you have to carry. I personally don't like bags on dyna's except for the Bad&G custom bags. They don't hold a ton of stuff, but they fit the look of the bike and don't require anything but a 5 minute installation. I don't have a wide glide but here is a pic anyways:
Yup, BAD&G here too! LeatherPros sells a $20 bracket to make moving the license plate back 3" for these bags to fit. Or you can order a smaller back for the left side from BAD&G that won't require any relocation.
Leather Pro Slant tops. Removable in seconds only two mounting studs per side left behind. They lock on to the bike plus the lids lock as well and you do not have to move the turn/stop signals. Hard leather bags. Last I new there was no pics. of the slant top online. But he can send you one. Or I can email you one of mine. I had made him a flame stencil to match the flames on the tank. They are pricey but they do every thing they are suppose too.
If you dont mind throwovers, the willie and max small compact slants just fit. At least on my '13. Very basic bag though. Paid 130 cdn. Bad&G bags look very good, and when these die, I'd definitely check them out.
Cheap single bolt ebay bracket support from a sportster (just had to oblong the bolt hole on the support) and I added some 3m clear film on the fender for some extra protection and worked for me.
I run the solo bags, one on each side, i am getting rid of my signals and going with and led set up from these guys for my s/t/t.. http://www.customdynamics.com/trufle...d_lighting.htm video is about half way down... figure with this and the bracket to move my plate back i should be able to run the viking bags no problem..
Leatherpros as per the link above. I don't think they are on the website, but they have 'em.
I'm running them on my '96 because I was running rear turn signals/running lights. Now I'm not. I might be interested in selling them to buy standard leather pro bags since I don't need the rear drop bracket anymore.
