Default Samson vs. Rush

So my 2006 Dyna Super Glide is in Atlanta right now with my folks while I attend school here in Malibu. I am going back to pick the bike up to drive it out next week. I just ordered Samson Big Guns 3 slashdown pipes to swap them out for my stock pipes. Turns out, the day I ordered them, my father brought the bike to the local dealership and ordered Rush slip-on's.

So I ask you.

Samson Big Guns or Rush Slip-ons?

I second that notion. Get the longer ones(I have street sweepers) if you want power and sound. Shorter if all your worried about is noise and looks.

Not very knowledgable about the Samson or much else, but I do have Rush slip-ons on my 04 FXDX with 2.5" baffles. They sound excellent. Low deep rumble until you gun it then it gets real loud. The baffles are interchangable, and you can get 1.75" 2" 2.25" 2.5". I've read the smaller ones sound good as well, but not quite as loud.

I don't think you will be dissappointed with the Rush brand if you already ordered them.

I had Samsons on my sporty paid almost $450. Never again!![:@] front pipe cracked about 1/2 inch from head. After the fact, found this to be a common problem with samson (thin crap material) sound was marginal at best. I've heard some nice slip on's. just my 2 cents.
