My apologies Neal. Just that mine is the Mustang vintage and the pillion pad hasn't got the overhang at the front, but as you say it could be the angle the photo was taken:-)

BTW Have bought myself a 2015 CVO Street Glide but still keeping the Low Rider. They are two completely different bikes and I like them both - just have a job deciding which one to take out!

Nice.

On the seat, it's probably different part numbers as there are options. Mine are:

Mustang Vintage Wide Solo Seat 16.5 Inches For Harley Davidson 2006-2014 Dyna Motorcycles (Part No 76117)

Mustang Fender Bib For Harley Davidson 2006-2014 Dyna & 1993-2014 FXDWG Motorcycles (Part No 78060)

Mustang Vintage Wide Passenger Seat 12.5 Inches For Harley Davidson 2006-2014 Dyna (Part No 76119)

The beauty of our rides is that we can customise. Currently going through a chrome removal exercise too as you will see. Not total eradication, more a subtle dimming.

Default Think I'm done for a while...

Just put on the Memphis Shades Del Ray shield, and I don't think there's anything else I want to do to her (except ride) for a while. I really hate the look of the HD Tallboy seat, but the position and comfort for me will be hard to give up. Thought about calling Dave's Custom Seats who I used for my old BMW R1200R seat, but that's another $800 I just don't want to spend at this point. So here she is...

No need to keep throwin' money at it...if it's set up the way you want it and it feels good then just ride it and enjoy.

Phil-lip,

Anyway to get a close-up on your battery box? And some comments on what you did to mod it. I so want some inspiration! Thanks.

That is my take. I did the full Stage 1 upgrade, added a HD quarter fairing, a Superbrace front fork brace. Seat, bars, and stock suspension all suit me fine.

My pipes and rear rack bag arrived. I bought a little rack bag to carry my rain gear. This way I always have all my rain gear with me without having to use my saddle bags. It is made by Saddlemen and looks to be very robust. When I come off of night shifts Friday I plan to install the pipes and take a couple of pictures as I do so. I have removed the stock baffles and installed the quiet baffles already as well as spraying a bit of WD40 on the exhaust flange studs and O2 sensors. It will have a couple of days to soak before I start pulling wrenches. They look pretty good but it won't hurt. While I was up at the dealers today I weakened and also picked up some Willie G foot pegs and shifter. Oh and some little magnetic chrome covers to go over the docking points.
