I agree. Just for an experiment I put my factory seat back on. Wow what a difference from the Tallboy seat. I sit wayyyyyy lower and I am almost looking through my windscreen with the stock seat. It looks much better than the Tallboy but is not near as comfortable. The Tallboy seat kind of adds to the rear suspension. The ride is so much harsher now with the stock seat on. On the other hand the wind buffeting by sitting lower behind the windscreen is zero. Comfort for the butt is sacrificed for head comfort.
How hot is to hot to ride. I can't find anything saying when it's to hot to ride. Last week in Cali the temps where outrageous 100 plus for several days and I rode to and from work. I wore a long sleeve breathable shirt but it was still quite hot. I know staying hydrated is important for me but what of the bike?

In my younger days, I would ride up to 90 degrees. Now days I do not ride if it is more than 83-84 degrees. Ideal riding weather would be 60 to 75, but I will ride as low as 45 up to 83-84 degrees.
