2. I really want a Triumph. I have never owned more than one bike at a time but I am seriously considering adding a Street Triple R to my garage.
What is it about the STriple that you like? I ask as I had a "regular Streety" in my garage for a year or so. Extremely light bike with razor edge handling.

It is the best of the naked bikes in my opinion. Wins every comparison test I have read. Uses a 3 cylinder engine which is something different. I have never owned a European brand street bike. I have always wanted something from Triumph. And it is not an overly expensive bike.
sowhats different between this new high output 103 and the 14' yr 103? under the specs it has the same 9:6.1 C/R, same exhaust system, same cams as 14 and up. but they claims 4 more ft pounds of trq
Anyone with a 2014-15 LR feeling the need to go and get the slightly updated 2016 LR? I like the new colors but the motor "upgrade" seems very minor.
No plans to change bikes either. I am just getting mine the way I like it and will have it for years to come. The only other major change I may make in a year is to have the bike repainted. I ran into a guy with an older LR in another town a few hundred miles away that was cherry red. It looked stunning with the chrome. So during the winter of 16~17 I may pull the tank and fenders to have them painted.
Most people with a LR have done a Stage 1, so I really see no value in getting the HO 103. The next big leap will occur when the 110 makes its way to a CVO LR.
