Rode the scoot to work today despite it being 25 F...lol.

That new firebrand slip on sounds AMAZING. Nice deep sound, no droning, very little popping. Exactly the sound to match the attitude!

Finally got to ride with my new bars. I have to say, tbars are way better than apes. There is alot more control...

Yep, no comparison at all especially if you ride aggressively.

Glad you like them man...gotta say, I haven't heard of many people that switch to tbars, then go back to apes because they didn't like the feel. Over time the look grows on you too.

So a quick review on the Big Al's fork brace - as far as I can tell it's doing the job. Felt like the bike tracked a little straighter on the freeway, felt a little more responsive at roadway speeds. Still need to change out the bushings for the poly ones I bought a month ago then the front end should be solid. Then it's on to shocks and some sort of stabilizer. Also hoping to have the fairing paint matched as soon as tax return season hits...

Props to all those riding their LRs. Wish I was in that crowd. Relegated to watching Harley vids on youtube.

I have the Superbrace fork brace and have always felt it was worth the money.

6 full weeks without riding and it looks like at least another 2 weeks with ugly weather. Anyone looking for a battery tender, I can fully recommend the Battery Tender Jr model. I have one for my bike and two full-size ones for my Camaros. Solid product.

Ya me too, just got 7" of snow...hahaha.

Luckily I have a garage and can tinker with the bike when I'm desperate.

While I do not tinker with my bike, I can go out to garage and stare at my LR from time to time. My only real 2017 goal is to ride my LR more.
