Ike, I have been on hiatus from this forum all winter. Did you order a new machine, or what?
Last November, when I learned by job was secure for another 4 years, I stopped in at my local HD dealer (same one I got my LR from) to see about getting the LR S they still had only to find out it had sold.
It was there a week or two before I stopped in mid-Nov. It was there at the end of Oct when I was in for a servicing. It had been there since May and I saw it every time I was at the dealer. Even the sales manager still thought it was there as we walked around looking for it. She checked on it and seen it actually sold.
I am now waiting to see if the 2018 LR S will be offered in any colors other than black. I do not want another black bike.
Any new LR owners able to get a screaming good deal on any left over 2016s?
Finally got my Go Pros set up. Only issue I am now dealing with is getting an extended power source.
I picked up my 2016 Lowrider S in February ($14,400+TTL and goodies). About 3200 miles on it now thanks to a bucket list trip last week.
Looking for a better seat for my next long ride.
I've been riding since '66, mostly UJMs, went to Harleys about 8 years ago. Tried 'em all and the Dyna fits me best.

Congrads on your purchase. The LR and LR S are the cream of the HD crop. Besides seat, anything else planned?
Installed a K&N and Power Commander V that came pre-loaded from Fuel Moto...WOW, I don't think I'll even bother with a dyno tune...the bike is spot on!
