I think it depends on the bike. I did a 30T and retained the original belt.
The adjustment is near it's limit though so I am eventually going to go
with a 70 tooth rear pulley or put the '06 Dyna belt on.
Hey atrox88, might consider the 68T International rear pulley, wont lower your gearing quite as much but with a -2T front and a +2T rear you will be back to stock belt adjustment. I will be putting this on in a couple weeks:

Thanks for the heads up on that. I was thinking about going to the 31T with the 70T rear but this will make it a lot easier.
