I see some guys are running a 30t Harley brand pulley, I know the andrews and the baker but the harley pulley is half the price, i want to get one for my 06 SB but am unsure what the part number is guys are using. I found a sportster 30t and a tri glide 30t anyone shed some light on what they went with?
If you buy the pulley, consider also ordering the retaining nut. Most find it near impossible to remove and it may be easier to cut it off by drilling. Look up Alan Summers post.

That nut is a bitch! I used an Ingersol Rand impact rated at over 600ft lbs and it zipped it off in few seconds but a 2 different craftsman impacts didn't even nudge it (thank god for Sears great return policy)!
I successfully used a cheap Harbor Freight electric 1/2" drive impact to get mine off. The key is to keep on it til it comes off. Might take a minute of constant pounding but it will come off I promise.
I went to a 31 tooth last winter and it brought the rear wheel adjustment out to the end. With the 30 tooth we'll need a shorter belt, What size, and from who?

I think it depends on the bike. I did a 30T and retained the original belt.
The adjustment is near it's limit though so I am eventually going to go
with a 70 tooth rear pulley or put the '06 Dyna belt on.
