My bikes are never the cleanest ones in the bunch... Some times they're the dirtiest.
With the dirty sh*tty roads here if you ride much, can't keep 'em clean.

I picked once per week, but it's not really a wash. It's more like sit on an old floor mat in the driveway with Windex and some kind of wax, and beer. I think I do it more for my own enjoyment though.

Wash, once or twice in five years........that being said, I do wipe it down with some HD gloss once or twice a week.

Never wash the bike down with water but use a spray product called Fukken Wax and this stuff does an amazing job. As needed.

There's no option for the way I wash. Most of my rides are 200-300 mile rides, those rides are followed by a wash. I don't let water run all over the bikes when I wash however. I believe it's called sponge bathing but I use a clean soapy cloth wiped clean with a micro cloth. By the time I'm done, the bikes look showroom clean, been doing it that way for almost 3 decades.
