Did you remove either plug?
I have an Ultra but I'd guess one plug is for the oil and the other for the tranny. Less oil will be in the tranny. About 3 qts. will come out of the engine. You'll know the difference.
The primary drain is on the left. Watch the other videos that load after the engine oil video. Primary oil will go in on the left side.

The Drain plug is labeled Mag Plug. Replace the O ring every time. Some dealers give you one free, some charge a dollar. There are threads on buying them in bulk for much less. I will post on that later.
There are many Tranny threads with what to use. Do a search.

I'd just ride the bike if the dip stick showed full It'll sort itself out. After you pay for that, you'll know the difference between the oil and transmission drain plugs.
