Went for a ride today, when at a stop I noticed that my tail light was drooping. Sure enough one of the arms that bolts to the fender snapped. Wouldn't be much of an issue if it was melted then I could easily fix it, but it's plastic and I'm running low on experience there. I called the dealer about a new one and well 300 bucks is more than enough for me to try to fix the old before buying a brand new one. I'm thinking of a metal arm to bolt to the fender, but I'm not really sure what would be best for bonding this type of plastic to the metal. If I find can find something that works, I'm going to reinforce the other side as well. Thanks for the help guys.
Ps: sorry about the image sizes I'm on my phone at the moment.
Honestly.. what I would do (just from what I can see) is put a piece of double sided 3M tape on the top and side and push it back up to see if that holds it. From what I remember installing min is it's not heavy at all. So that may do it.
This is what I'm actually doing now. Glued pieces back together. Then attached a small metal bar to the inside. Once it's cured I'm going to drill a hole for the bolt.

Yea I went with a loctite mixture. We get this really good stuff at work offshore. It does wonders on the off-road toys so figured I'd give it a try.
Oops. Apologies about that. Sure I was unconsciously saying fml or screw this cheap plastic crap.
