I installed a kurakyn air cleaner and an FP3 on the Switchback Friday night Rode about 150 miles ran and sounded great. Out of nowhere the speedo and dash lights went crazy on and off interrmittently. show Vinterrup and BUSErrrr. then it took like 30 seconds to quit after I shut it off then wouldnt' start for like an hour. I tried reflashing but it didn't help. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks guys.

One person suggested a bad ignition switch???

Have you called Vance/Hines yet? They have pretty good customer service from what I remember.....

 

When you first flashed your bike it automatically saves your original setup. Try reverting back to that saved flash and see if it helps.

 

I went down that same road with the FP3. Try and get it back to the original map if it will let you. I had to disconnect the battery for a few minutes and then it finally let me flash back to stock. That FP3 wreaked havoc on my electrical system! I worked with V&H for a couple months trying to get it to work right and it never did. It was really painful trying to get my money back from them, but eventually I did. I now have the PowerVision and wished I would have bought it in the first place.
