Anyone else have one of these on order? I ordered mine 7 weeks ago, Not one email update or anything, Was paid for with paypal so they got my money 7 weeks ago but I have no fairing, A little customer service or update would be nice. Anyone else experienced long wait times for this fairing? Thanks
Mine took 12 weeks... Granted I had it painted matched. They never contacted me until I posted a message on my order but then they did get back to me within a day several times. Be patient, I promise it's worth the wait. Mines great!
Oh and don't get discouraged by the lack of directions it comes with. It'll work. Use fork mounts or quick release brackets though, much easier!
I have one. I called and the lady was actually really nice and explained there backed up and a small place. Finally got it a month later and im really happy. So if you can wait you wont be disappointed.
You paid with Paypal and they are GREAT at getting your money back when you use them to make your purchase. You can file a claim right on their site.
Not saying the place you bought your fairing from will screw you, just pointing out that you can get your money back if you get worked over by any shady merchant. when you use Paypal.

Rifle is a reputable company. Many members of this forum have Rifle fairings. If you had read the posts above yours, you would have seen that the wait time experienced by the OP is standard for this company. No need to stir the pot.

How is pointing out Paypal's practices, stirring the pot? I even mentioned that I'm not singling out this merchant. The OP mentioned about the fact that they already had his money.
Read my post again......slowly this time. Seriously.
