just an fyi , bolts on the pulley are not supposed to be reused. not trying to flame your thread but its a safety issue and a pretty serious one. i had a dealer reuse mine and it resulted in them snapping off, catching the swingarm on the way out and locking up the rear end. later i was told by other techs and by instructors at MMI that they are not supposed to be reused.

Thanks for the heads up. I damn sure am not trying to get anyone killed. Not for sale now, I'll use them to look at or something. Just out of curiosity, what kind of bolts were you using? Was it the stock bolts? I think these are fine but I'll check with Diamond Engineering just to be sure.

yes they were stock harley bolts, it was explained to me that re using and re torquing the bolts stretches the threading and weakens the bolt. im not sure if harley uses grade 8 bolts from the factory but thats what i got in there now. i hope you get good news from the company that sold you them cus thats alot of money to spend on those only to find them useless if removed.
