below are approx measurements
top to bottom = 15 inches
left to right = 15 inches (main compartment + 2 pouches)
front to back = 9 inches

Yes, the raincover is still here. Juicy asked first so will wait for him to say YAY or NAY. Bag retailed for $130 new, $50 shipped is too much of a hit for me
