I purchased a 2009 Heritage Softail Classic this summer. Harley is new to me, I've rode metrics all my life till now. Loving my new bike!
I pulled my battery for winter storage. Not knowing much about my used bike with 3000 miles on it at the time of purchase, I've been curious to what it has for a battery.
The Battery is a AGM Power-Tech --- Made in USA--- E.P.M. product with CCA310.
Part number is ETX20L.
Is this what the Harleys come with for an OEM battery?

No it's been replaced with an aftermarket battery. The stock battery is a Harley Davidson branded DEKA battery. If it's a good AGM battery you should be OK. I'm not familiar with that brand.
Most people get a replacement DEKA battery on-line from Battery Mart. Same manufacturer with no HD labeling.
Batteries Plus+ Has a Duracell 2yr warranty 400 cca. Better/Cheaper than HDealership. When your ready for replacement. Some peoples last 5yrs or more, I'll start to wonder after 2 when is it gonna die.
I've used a few different after market batteries but never have been able to get the life out of them like I can with the H-D's. I pay the extra for the H-D models but feel it's good money spent.
(However, I am going to look into nhrider1's info about the DEKA battery at Battery Mart.)
I did some research on my battery and they say it's a Deka made battery? I don't know this for sure because I can't find a Deka sticker on it anyplace. I would just like to know the year and month of the battery but it's not on this battery.
Have you guys ever heard of an Odyssey battery? I've used them a couple times and had them last 5 plus years and then throw them in my riding lawn mower for another 2 years! I never once pulled the Odyssey battery from my bike in the winter months and with NO trickle charger it's always fired my bike right up in the spring. The salesman TOLD me to leave it in the bike for the winter.
