I have an07 Ultra Classic all stock. My problem is after the bike is to normal running temp and I get stopped at a light for more than one cycle the volt meter starts to drop and then it shows an engine code and a battery light. Had it to the dealer and they said that there is nothing wrong. I suspect the regulator.. Any thoughts

Have you checked it at home idling with a good volt meter instead of the bikes?
If it threw a code, and the dealer says nothing is wrong, then you need a new mechanic.
Well anyhow. The main elements of the charging system are:
- stator/alternator
- regulator
- battery
- wiring
It sounds like something is thermally intermittent.
- not typical for the stator alternator
- also not a typical failure mode for the battery
- check/clean/tighten the connections at the battery, regulator, stator
- after that, if it still does it, my money would be on the regulator. The regulator would likely be the part of the that is intermittent, or takes sometime to fail.
