What year, type bike? What bulb did you put in, where did you get it?

You say it is for a 2005 Road King Custom.
Trying to decipher:
One side is OK ..meaning the run, turn and brake (R/T/B) are 100% functional.
The other side is missing the running light...so brake and turn function correctly.
You mention changing but No mention of you removing the bulb, reviewing the bulb and also the socket.
There is no mention if the bulb in the socket is LED or other?
For example a halogen bulb would burn the module.
We have no history and no idea of the exact module.
For example some folks changed the single filament rear turn signals with the dual filament front signals but then later added a R/T/B module. This alters the wiring and could translate to a loose wire, incorrect bulb application or similar..Some modules require LED bulbs only or they will burn the module due to the amp draw if a regular bulb is used..
I will guess that you compared the bottom of the bulb with the inside of the socket and that you have removed the module from the application in order to isolate the problem.
