Default Stator test number

2004 flhtci

been chasing a cutting out issue in my stereo system that has crop up when I installed a larger amp. we have eliminated the issue to the charging system i have replaced the Battery, regulator, inspected and clean all fuses, connectors and ground wires. I have run the test following test on the stator here are my values

idle 24 ACV
2000 48 ACV
3000 71 ACV

the stator tested good for no shorts on either wire using both with digital meter and light test.

Now here is the test i am not sure of, the resistance across the 2 stator wire. My readings are 0 and according to the book they should be .1 to .5 does this mean i need to replace stator

NO - 0 ohms is less than the allowable max. As long as they are not open. Open is bad.
