Has anyone successfully ordered from Custom Dynamics through their web site? I'm trying to order a Front & rear turn signal kit GEN200-KIT and Smoked lenses and I can't get to the checkout page.
I'm stuck on the order page and getting the message:
Complete LED Turn Signal Conversion Kit: This product requires a menu selection All menu selections have been made properly. I've been through everything many times and I still can't checkout.
There's no email address for customer service, only the main phone numbers. Very frustrating!!!
I ordered all my lites from the website. If I remember correctly, every selection has a scroll down selection you have to open, like the front lites, rear lites etc.
I ordered a great big box full of stud from them and I just used the website. I encountered no problems. However, the one time that I did call them, the call was answered quickly and was pleasant. If you aren't able to complete your order on their site, just call ...
Agree that the site is not the most user friendly. I have been successful with it, but told my wife to call if she ordered something instead of figuring it out. Super nice on the phone.

If it's not too late, go to Heritage HD in Concord. They sell CD lights and accessories at the same price as on the website. You can get what you want immediately. CD has MAP pricing so Heritage and other have to sell at CD retail pricing.

Thanks for the suggestion, I did see most of the parts at Heritage HD last time I was in, but I wanted grey lenses, and they didn't have the CD lenses...so I decided to order the whole package online.
I did finally get through the ordering process on the website. Thanks to greybeard122. He was correct about having to open all the drop down menus to make a selection...even if they don't seem to apply.
That website sucks right? Try CHrome Glow. Way easier to use and they have same stuff. You can comparable options cheaper too. Go on there facebook page. They usually run discount code on there
It's been a couple of years, but I had great success when I ordered a brake light flasher from Custom Dynamics. In fact, I even wrote up a Yelp review because I was so impressed. I paid for standard shipping (3-5 days) and it arrived the next day. I'm sorry to hear their service has gone downhill since then.
