no power to left rear turn signal

Default no power to left rear turn signal
I have a 2008 Ultra. Noticed yesterday that the left rear turn signal/running light is not working.
swapped out the bulbs, bulb is good
left front & turn signal on tour-pak are both working
checked ground wire with ohm meter and it matched right side
checked other wire with volt meter and get nothing

looked at wiring diagram for tail light/rear turn signals, it shows it plugging into the tail light mount but does not show where it gets power from

Anyone able to help?

Got it. A wire pulled out of one of the connectors under the seat
