I have 12.56V at battery, 12.41V at the lighting relay, but only 11.43V at the start relay, system relay and brake relay. Will not start. Any ideas?

 

Is this a new problem? Has the bike been inactive?

What wires are you getting your readings from? 12.7 V =100% charged, 12.6 = 75%, 12.3 = 50%.

Try charging your battery first and see if it will start the bike. While your charging it check all the connections to make sure they are clean and tight.
