Default Trickle charger witing question

Any reason not to connect the trickle charger to the B+ wire and frame ground rather tnan directly to the battery?

Like Madsonp said no, but what is your reason to stay away from the battery?

I wanted to clean up the wiring some. With the accessories that have been added (charger, power point fo tour pack, accent lights and an air horn) the battery terminals were becoming overloaded. I moved everything except the horn to the B+ and frame ground and tucked that wiring neatly out of the way.
