85 flhtc power problem
I've been working on a 1985 FLHTC that has no electric power at all it has a new fully charged battery and new main circuit breaker and starter switch as
well, I am at whit's end and cant seem to find why the bike has no power at all, any ideas where I should look for the source of the problem? any help will be great. thank you for your time on this issue.

Get out your voltmeter, read the voltage at each stud on the main breaker, if good, trace the wire up to the ignition switch, then read voltage where that wire connects to the switch.

Start at the battery, trace the power wires through the bike, checking as Dan suggests with a multimeter. With no power the cause is going to be simple and obvious - once found! A copy of the factory service manual has details of the wiring and electrical system, plus help to diagnose problems. You need #99483-90, available from your local dealer. Beware of Ebay, as they are routinely more expensive than from a dealer.
