Adding LED strip lights.

Im looking at adding some LED strip lights under the saddle bags. ( 2016 Ultra Ltd). I have the harness 69200772, and making my own plugs and wiring to that. I like to know, if I require the signal box? Or can I just wire the light for the signals direct? They will be wired for running, turn and brake. I am not cutting in to any wiring, it'll be done right with Douch plugs. At 250 and 200 Cdn for some Harley light is a lil to much. But for 60$ complete they way I want to do.

Well,
You might be able to get by without a signal box, but I would at least add some inline fuses at a minimum.

Thanks found out i can just use two diodes and a resitor. Or use three wire LEDs. Just as the org harley ones are. Thats all a signal box is just looks pretty. Lol. Will post pics when done.
