First help us...By telling us what you are working on.

The way to get a service manual is simple, put money on the parts counter at the dealership, or buy one online.

Did you check for shorts to ground, and what about volts? Seems like you may have a short on the right after the switch but before the lights.

I am having an issue similar with my 94 FXST. The left signal works fine but front running light will not light up and my right front light stays on bright and will not blink. Can it be the signal control module?

Having exact same issue on 98 RK, but it's my left turn signal. Running lights are good, but hit blinker & both front & back ambers get a little dim & no flash. Changed rear bulb (had blown element), but made no difference.
Right side works normal, flashers just dim all 4 slightly & no flash.

Again, I would check for shorts to ground between the bulb to the TSM/TSSM. There should be infinate resistance between the power and ground with the bulbs removed. If you get any continuity, disconnect the TSM/TSSM and check again, still continuity you definately have a short to ground, if no continuity TSM/TSSM may be at fault.

Your posts are very difficult to follow...

Don`t panic, slow down...

What happens when you press the right turn signal button?

What happens when you press the left turn signal button?
