Default Ground problem

Background- I had taken apart my 2012 fat Bob and reassembled it with lots of new parts. For electrical parts I have new handle bars, all new lights/turn signals.
Problem- the front turn signals do not work properly
There is no running lights
When the turn signal button is pressed the gas tank indicators are opposite of the side depressed. They blink once at normal speed and then blink faster.
Troubleshooting- first I disconnected all later lights and retested the indicator which gave the same indications. Next I started checking for aground during my checks I discovered that one of the GND1 wires to the node of vss and jss is >30mohms, but vss-hss is 0 ohms.
I have attached a picture of the electrical diagram with the notes I took.
I'm wondering if I cut into the wire assembly Inthe seat and try to replace the ground wire connections or do I go another route. Any help would be awesome.
