brake light not working

This may be too obvious, but did you check the bulb, and socket to make sure they are good?

Yes. Brake lights activated when I jumped them like vernal suggested. Bulbs are working. And thanks again vernal. I think you are getting me headed on the right path. I'll look into these diodes after work. Seems it's turning into a abs issue.

Well, feeling pretty stupid now. The diode pack wasn't properly secured to the connector. Snapped it in all the way and......brake lights. Thinking when I installed the equalizer for my leds last year I must of knocked the connector around causing it to eventually come loose. Cant thank you enough for getting me back on the road vernal.

Very true ranger. Ill member up. This is a great place with bucket loads of information and help. The $15-30 dollars is a small price to pay for the hundreds I probably would have thrown at this without the help received from this forum.
