Default Indicators and electrical issues in accessory mode

Bike: 2004 FLTRI
Mileage 102000
Bike runs as it should everything works and functions, so your asking what’s the problem?
Problem:
All Indicators work correctly in the ignition “ON” position this includes: Hi/Low Beam, Neutral, Oil Pressure, Engine, and security light. Everything is on or off and cycles as it should.
When turning the ignition switch to Accessory the:
  • Neutral light is on if bike is in neutral.
  • Oil Pressure Light is on.
  • The engine light goes out for a few seconds then comes on and stays on.
  • The red “key” security light comes on and stays on.
  • I have verified other 2004 bikes don’t do this
Some other additional facts:
Bike was in a accident and there was no impact but bike was layed down and inner fairing was broken and replaced.
  • I think the problem started after that….I think, not sure i ever noticed.
  • High beam and turn signal indicators work as they should in the on position and accessory position.
  • This bike has some extra things but have been install either from new or or has been installed for at least 30,000 miles.
Hogtunes Amp, installed 2007 and works as should
Harley elect compass removed the air temp in 2004 and works as should
Harley in dash oil temp gages removed the fuel gage 30,000 miles ago works as it should
Added tour pack with rear lights this was added when the fairing was replaced
I have disconnected everything no extra ground wires are connected, amp is removed along with the wiring harness, tour pack is disconnected, every gage has been unplugged and then ignition was turned on and checked.
At this time i have outter fairing off, I have gage cluster open, all plugs have all been verified to be clean and free of defect
All grounds have been checked…
Any Ideas?

Check ignition switch wiring, seems that ACC is also wired to the Ign position. R/Gry wire is the ACC wire and should be going to the ACC fuse, R/Blk is the ignition wire and should be going to the ignition fuse, there should be a R wire as well wich is the power wire going from the main fuse to the ignition switch.

I need to replace the light cluster in dash. Turn and neutral light module, first left turn indicator was out. and I replaced the module now the neutral light has gone out. is there a problem with these parts or what. used genuine HD part.
I also need the part number or name of part as I can't find it online anymore.
