1995 Road King. Key on. Right front light/blinker dim. Put right blinker on. Right front light/blinker goes out. Right rear blinker blinks.
Put left blinker on. Both front and rear lights/blinkers get bright. But. No blink.
Get a digital multimeter and check voltages at all the lights while trying to do different things like
On only
Blinkers only
Flashers only
Check for continuity to ground on the bad light. The 95 uses frame for ground not a wire
unless you've changed your lights.
Then after that it's probably the turn signal module.
