Problem:
So this just started about a week ago. When I click my blinker, there is a quick turn signal flash on the display but the turn signal does not work. It is the same on both sides. If I play with them enough, eventually they will work. If I turn the signal off and wait 15 seconds and try again, the problem returns.
Other electrical notes:
When in accessory, only the tail light is illuminated. No amber lights or headlight are on. Same thing happens when messing with the turn signals.
When in ignition, Headlight, both front ambers and tail light come on, but rear ambers stay off.
In the video, the throttle assembly was removed because I changed the bars out a few weeks ago and pinched a wire. I inspected the wire and found that it is still intact
insulated.
I would look at the ignition switch, on the bottom of the switch is a snap ring that will allow disassembly of the switch but be careful of the spring loaded contacts, check to ensure that the contacts are all clean and free of contaminants, This could cause an intermittant power issue.

Do you think that would cause me to only have a problem with my turn signals?
