Electrical glitch
I have a 1999 fxd superglide, 88 ci 1450 cc. When vibration picks up top of second gear speedometer goes to 0, odometer goes blank and turn signals wont blink, pull in clutch vibration drops and everything starts working again. Looked at frame grounds redid some wires cant seem to find the issue. If anyone could help I need it and appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Short, loose / broken wire someplace. These things can be a PIA! You said you re-did some wiring. What was last thing done before this started happening? What did you re-wire if anything. Get in your service manual and see what's common. My guess is a wire job that's been added or changed?
