Was out for a ride the other day and hit a rough patch of road.
After a breif stop and on the ride home it was dark. Hit the brights and no change. (JW Speaker 8690A)
Dash light went blue but no Highbeam.
After checking voltages with a multi meter to confirm, Turns out the H4 connector vibrated out a "C" hair, enough to lose connection for the Highbeam.
Don't understand why I didn't lose lowbeam when I hit the brights though.
Put a ziptie around the H4 to avoid this happening in the future.
No locks on mine, they just plug into each other.
Unless you're refering to the spade terminals themselves,
those are fine. I'm talking about the acctual H4 plugs.
