Default 3 phase stator upgrade question

Hello. 2010 Electra Glide. Thinking about stepping up to the 3 phase 54 amp stator from Cycle Electric. If I step up the stator from stock, do I HAVE to swap out the regulator or anything else? I think I know the answer but would like to hear from someone who knows for sure. With my stereo and extra lights drawing amps down at idle, I'd like to upgrade so I can install more electrical goodies. Heated seat, grips, etc.
Thanks for the help.

yes the regulator must be 3ph. so if the pigtail from the stator is not 3 conductor to the regulator, then you have to change that. no changes need for the output to the system.
