Battery light
So guys i just traded my honda in for my first harley less than a month ago, i got a 2014 Road King. Past few days i have thought it had a weaker start but so new to this bike i wasn't entirely sure as it wasn't that much of a weaker start. Today on the way to work i looked down and saw the battery light was on. So i got to work pulled the seat off and put a volt meter on battery with the bike turned to off the battery was giving me 12.3 volts, when cranked it would show 11.6 volts. So i called harley they came and picked it up and its in the shop now, im just really curious to know what you guys think. The guy on the phone said it sounded like a bad voltage regulator. Note I have a usb charger with a meter mounted on my handle bars as well and normally it ranges 12.4 to 14 depending on how much throttle i give, this morning after i noticed the light even when running down Highway it would stay between 11.4 and 11.6. Turned my fog lights on it would drop to 11.3.

As this is your first post, welcome to the Forum.
I would think the dealer will diagnose the problem and suggest a solution.
Could be the battery, could be the stator, could be the voltage regulator, proper diagnosis will determine what is wrong.
