Default Problems after installing new bars

I have a 2012 street glide. It has rear LED's w/ Badlands controller. The front turn signals/running lights are stock. I swapped out the stock bars, put it all back together and now my right front turn signal is not working and the right turn signal indicator on the dash is not working either. The right rear turn signal flashes normal a couple of times, then goes into a rapid flash. The left side blinkers work fine and the indicator light on the dash is also fine - just a problem with the right side. I removed the right handlebar control assembly and it looked like a might have pinched a wire. I repaired the wire, but still same problem. I am getting the codes b1121 and b1122 under the "S" menu on the diagnostic menu. I did try putting the hazards on for 5 minutes, but that did not work. I cleared the codes, started bike, but still same problem. Where do I go from here? I checked all my connectors and grounds in an around the fairing where I was working, but not seeing anything obvious.
