Default Electrical ?
2017 electraglide 107 after market pipes air breather and FP4.
riding 75 mph the bike light radio shut off. Turned of and back on while riding. Everything came back on. Noticed volt meter pegging out then bouncing around 14 to 15 would not settle in. Stopped turned bike off. Volt meter showed about 10.
bike started right up with no problems.
I have not done anything with it yet. Just looking for a direction to start looking.

Battery, battery connections, and voltage regulator are the areas I'd start looking.

Have the battery load tested, if good, perform a charging system test.
