It required a bolt-in rake. The only thing electrical involved was to unplug battery, disconnect the front fairing, handlebars (14" apes Factory 47), and the ground wire on the old tree.
Are you sure you haven't disconnect the ignition switch for the rake install?

I only unplugged the the wire going to ignition--I put that back; I unplugged the ground wire from the old tree--I put that back on to the new raked tree; I unplugged the black harness wire going to the radio and the entena as well as the two connectors (black on one side and white on the other side--I put those back. Lastly, I disconnected the battery--I put that back.
I could see the red security light flashing but I get nothing when I try to start.

That's why i assume your BCM doesn't see the ignition switch (your sec light blinks and you can see the odometer reading so cluster and left handlebar switch have battery power and databus is online) so it worth a try to have a look one more time the connector is secure and pins are not bent or out.
I initially posted:
"I have a 2019 RG Special (Billiard Blue). Nothing too extravagant it is pretty much stock. Now, I have done some electrical things like wiring speakers and switching out handlebars. These things were done after months of attending Youtube University. Once my bike was paid off, that chick became free game to learn other things. This time I decided to put on a 21" fat tire kit. It required a bolt-in rake. The only thing electrical involved was to unplug battery, disconnect the front fairing, handlebars (14" apes Factory 47), and the ground wire on the old tree. I took pictures and some videos for extra caution.
Problem: I put everything back together in reverse order. Now the bike won't start. Took it apart again to barebones and reconnected everything...same. I had my battery tested and recharged...same, change the battery in the key fob...same, purchased a new battery...same. What can possibly be wrong. I see the red security light flashing on the dash, but I get nothing at all. What did I do wrong? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated."
Since then:
I have stripped the front end down and reassembled everything. I still get the same result. Security light (red dot) flashes, nothing happens when I try ignition. No lights, no engagement of anything, and not even a sound. I can only see odometer if I press the button on left side handlebars. Any suggestion would help.
