No High beam.

No High beam.
Hi Guys,
I noticed last night that my high beam was not working, while the low beam is fine.
Today i bought a new bulb thinking that would be the problem, but it was not. The
High beam still will not illuminate. Turns out, nothing was evenwrong with the old
light, the filaments are fine. I checked the voltage at the high beam wire and there
is no reading. Also, the blue hi-beam indicator is also not illuminating.
Please help.
