i have 01 electra-glide classic i blew headlight fuse twice about 2 months apart and today when it blew volt meter was showing almost 15 volts on meter and i had stator replaced 2 month ago and paper showed it was charging 14.3 volt now i was running about 75 mph when i looked at volt meter do you think charging system is the cause of the fuses blowing ??

With the fuse out of the headlight. Run the enging up to around 2000 rpm's with a volt meter (not the one on the bike) see what charging voltage is at the battery. Then put in the fuse for headlight run it up again and check the voltage again. If it goes up with the fuse in something is wrong with the headlight circut. Have you had the faring off or done anything to the wiring? Look for wires rubbing on some metal or pinched. Sounds like you have a wire problem.
