Wiring 7" headlight

I just got a new 7" headlight and it has a 5w running light also, there are the 3 wires for bulb with H&L, then there are 2 wires for 5w running light. How do I wire it to my 3 wires from my 97 FXDWG? I have a switch on my existing headlight body, should I drill hole in new light and mount that switch in it to turn off H&L and only have running lamp constantly on?

Oh well, I just wired the H&L and did not wire the running light. I don't want to add a switch to the handlebar, maybe later sometime I will drill a hole in headlight body and add a switch.

Can't you just run leads from the running light through the same grommet that your headlight wires come out of and put a switch on your frame,h-bar clamp,tank dash....or in a more convenient spot? You really don't want to get water in your headlight bucket if you can help it.
