FXDB 2012 to 2013 Fender Swap; Turn/Tail Light Issue
I have a 2012 FXDB I have recently done a fender swap on. Went to a 2013 FXDB fender with this license plate relocation kit. The kit required me to rewire longer for each turn signal and the purchase of a harness jumper (Part 70027-12) to connect everything to the main harness.
Now I have done everything and hooked it all up. Everything lights up, BUT...
The turns DO NOT get brighter when I put on the brakes (like the 2013 does) and the bright red light on my speedo is on. And YES, I do need and want my tail lights to work. Safety is a priority of mine.
Any thoughts as to what this might be..? CPU issue..? Additional wiring needed? I am really at a loss and my local dealership is having issues because they have never done this before. Can't seem to find any helpful information on the forums for this either.
