Default 2003 Heritage Charging System/Codes Help

Last Thursday I was riding home from work and my engine light came on several times for about 15-20 seconds and then went back off. I checked the code and it is "Current 16 Battery voltage low/high".

I checked the charging system and below were the results:

- I took the battery to Advance and had them do a load test and it was good.
- I started the bike to check charging voltage and it was charging at 14.3 - 14.35.
- I tested the regulator and showed 11.2 to 11.23v at each of the three pins. (not sure what I should be reading here)
- I tested the stator ohms and ground and the stator tested good.
- I tested the stator AC volts while running, it had a little over 16 AC volts at each of the three pins.

If someone can further help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it.
I'm not wanting to buy something I don't need or mess something else up by not correcting the issue. Thanks for any assistance with this.

I'm confused, you state charging voltage is 14.3V....was this measured at the battery?

You tested the regulator and got 11.2-11.3V. If this is the regulator output it should be the same as the charging voltage?? so where at the regulator did you get this voltage?

Sorry for not putting enough info on here.
14.3V is at the battery when running
The regulator was checked with meters black lead to battery ground and red lead to each pin on the regulators plug.
