Default Should I?

I'm going to do a 97 kit on a 88b, heads, pistons, cams and tensioner upgrade gonna cost me a few bucks. Should I spend the extra bucks and have the crank pin welded, balanced and timken brgs installed?

What year 88"? Some already have the Timkin crank bearing. Or are you talking about Timkin cam bearings?

99-02 are Timken motors, the rest need the conversion (cam bearings are upgraded to torringtons, not timkens)
